  • Acceptance of these Ts & Cs

You agree to accept these Terms and Conditions with Your Pace when you make the first payment for service. ​

  • Meeting state laws

Agreements between you & Your Pace are subject to Australian law and governed by NSW laws.

  • Paying GST

All fees do not include goods and services tax (GST).

  • Referrals

If you refer a friend, family member, or colleague to Your Pace, then;

  1. The new member will receive a discount of 33% for the first 1 month.

  2. You will also receive a discount of 33% for 1 month.

Not to be used in conjunction with other specials, offers, or sales.

  • Privacy Policy

  • Your Responsibilities

You agree to tell us about anything that affects your health, including injuries, pains, history.

You need to tell us about anything that affects your payments, including any changes to your contact and bank details.

  • Behaviour

You promise to:

  • make sure that you know how to exercise safely, by asking if you are unsure.

  • use your best endeavours to exercise safely.

We reserve the right to refuse to provide our services to anyone, if they act unreasonably, unsafely, or are disrepectful to others.

Appropriate authorities will be engaged if you behave in a way that is risky or seriously inappropriate, such as:

  • threatening or harassing others

  • damaging equipment

  • using illegal or performance-enhancing drugs

  • instructing other members when we have not authorised you to do so.

  • Wearing Suitable Clothes

while exercising you agree to wear suitable clothes and enclosed sports shoes.

It is not acceptable to wear clothes with offensive images, inappropriate advertising, or advertising of a competitive fitness club or Personal training provider.

  • Payment Options

Payments are to made in advance.   Payments options are cash, bank transfer, paypal, cheque.

Discounts are available if bulk payments are made in advance.

  • Typical Fees

1 on 1 - $88/hour

2 Clients - $55 each/hour

3-5 Clients - $40 each/hour 

6-10 Clients - $25 each/hour

These fees are indicative only and subject to change and depend on location, agreed outcomes, equipment requirements, risks, training days/times.

  • Payment Options

We are very flexible with payments.  We can fit into your lifestyle, and how you are paid.   You can pay in advance, or at the end of each session, weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.

  • Cancellation policy

  • Scope of practice

Our staff and contractors are certified Personal Trainers, but not medically trained. If you have any concerns, we strongly urge you to seek expert advice before starting an exercise program.

  • Incident/Accident form

Our staff strive to do due diligence to avoid risks as much as possible, however there are risks associated with exercising.   If you would like to make our organisation aware of an incident or accident, then please click here to go to the form.

I’ve been utilising Your Pace services for the last 12 months.

Your Pace had the 1st personal trainer that I have contracted who meets all requirements relative to a professional and quality experience. This includes a thorough assessment that privileges the client’s safety and goals. The service is delivered in a relaxed and friendly manner.
Unlike past experiences with personal trainers Your Pace refrains from adopting a no pain no gain mentality which can lead to injury and dread of the next session. Instead the "half glass full" demeanour and humour provide an encouraging and positive experience.
