Boxercise A great cardio workout ! Boxing doesn't require much space, and Your Pace can provide the gloves if you don't have any. Regardless if you have never put on gloves before, or are a seasoned boxer, Your Pace can put you through your paces anytime, anyplace.	Train in your apartment Have you used the excuse "I don't have anywhere to work out" A Mobile Personal Trainer needs about as much room as a yoga mat will take up - and can turn your place into a gym.	Personalised exercise programs Perhaps you would like to train for an upcoming event, like a fun run, or long distance cycling. Your Pace can provide a training program to get you ready, and sometimes our Personal Trainer can join you in your training session to assist with technique, strategies and motivation.
Train with your family nearby While you work out at your home, you (and your Personal Trainer) can keep an eye on your kids, pets, friends and family. Creative exercises keep the training interesting, and help you stay motivated !	Equipment for advanced exercises Once you have achieved a basic amount of fitness and strength, your Personal Trainer will find ways to ensure the workouts are not too easy or boring. For example, leg raises with ankle weights, and keeping a ball secured with your knees adds a level of difficulty for the advanced athlete. Your Pace has clients who are regularly surprised at how many exercises and circuits can be creatively developed within a few metres of lawn.	Turn your place into a gym A Mobile Personal Trainer can look at your place and be creative with how you can leverage it for different exercises, like step-ups, wall sits, or rowing with resistance bands.
Not much space required for your gym There are plenty of exercises to get your heart rate up, with just enough space to lay down a yoga mat or use a skipping rope. Your Pace Personal Training has the necessary experience and qualifications to provide you the advice and equipment to enable you to achieve your fitness goals.

You choose the location, bring along a few friends (at least two) between 9am and 3pm, and we can do the rest.

( If you want to arrange some snacks/drinks, go ahead... It's your PT Party! )

We can increase your health and well-being on beaches, in parks, at your place.

We are well trained, experienced, pet friendly, kid friendly, fun and yes - friendly.

The cost is $35 per person for an hour PT Party.
