  • Is it safe for me to start exercising ? 


 If you are new to exercise, or about to change your lifestyle and haven't exercised for a while, please goto our online questionnaire.   Your honest answers will help evaluate any risks prior to starting a new exercise regime.

  • Wearing Suitable Clothes


 While exercising it is preferable to wear loose comfortable clothes and enclosed sports shoes.

  • What to have before an exercise session


 Have a small amount to eat about 30 to 60 mins prior to a workout session, to give your body some fuel.  For example one or two pieces of fruit.

 Also ensure you have plenty of fluid, especially if it is a morning session, so that you are well hydrated.  Ideally you are having more than two litres per day when you are not training, and more fluids when you are training.

  • Payment


 We like to be flexible at Your Pace Personal Training, so when it comes to paying, just let us know when you would like to do so.
