For $399 (normally $499), you can experience...

  • 5 days, 4 nights accomodation (shared 5 bed dorm, single bed and shared kitchen/bathroom).

  • General nutrition advice.

  • 5 days access to the local Anytime Fitness gym.

  • Gym orientation, showing how to use all the equipment.

  • 2 fitness tests.

  • Personalised exercise program.

  • Access to up to 5 gym classes, including yoga.

  • Bushwalk information around the picturesque Blue Mountains, suitable for your fitness level.

  • Not included: meal plans or ingredients for you to cook healthy meals - this option is included below.

For $1665 (double bed) to $1765 (queen bed), (normally $1775 to $1875), you can experience...

  • 5 days, 4 nights accomodation in a private room, double or queen bed and shared kitchen/bathroom.

  • 15 meals planned for you to cook in the shared kitchen. (ingredients purchased for you).

  • 5 days access to the local Anytime Fitness gym.

  • Gym orientation, showing how to use the equipment.

  • 2 fitness tests.

  • Personalised exercise program.

  • Access to up to 10 gym classes, including yoga.

  • 2 guided bushwalks around the picturesque Blue Mountains (weather permitting), suitable for your fitness level.

For $2885 (normally $2995), you can experience...

  • 5 days, 4 nights accomodation in a private double bed room with ensuite, and shared kitchen.

  • 15 meals planned for you to cook in the shared kitchen. (ingredients purchased for you).

  • 5 days access to the local Anytime Fitness gym.

  • Gym orientation, showing how to use the equipment.

  • 2 fitness tests.

  • Personalised exercise program.

  • 3 Personal Training sessions.   1 hour each, tailored to your fitness level, and goals.

  • Access to up to 10 gym classes, including yoga.

  • 2 massages.   1 hour each.

  • 2 meditation sessions.   90 minutes each.

  • Up to 5 guided bushwalks around the picturesque Blue Mountains (weather permitting), suitable for your fitness level.

Each 5 day package starts on a Monday and finishes at 5pm that Friday.   Check-in at 9am Monday.
